Default Apology to the gray civic on 581..

Passed a clean civic (lowered nicely, gray rims, pillar pod) on 581 fri morning at slightly above the posted speed limit and if the owner is on here I wanted to make sure he knew I wasnt being a knuckle head/ricer. I was in a huge hurry to get home and get to bed (I work nights/12hr shifts) after running a bunch of errands that morning.

Ok, maybe I gassed it just a bit to make the turbo whistle a little when I went by (your window was down so I couldnt help myself ). None the less props to you on a nice cleanly done car with no wing, wild graphics/stickers, and tasteful wheels.

Let the accusations of me being a ricer/idiot/f#@&* stick/etc commence.....I deserve it .

it's really not that big of a deal. it was a civic. and being in a "huge hurry to get to bed" is a bad excuse. you were just trying to show off, it's okay.

Damn....I was actually in a hurry to get some sleep instead of showing off for once.

I guess youre right but to make myself feel better lets just say it was 98% wanting to get home for some sleep before a 12hr shift and 2% showing off .

Carter,

Yeah it was just a civic I know but it honestly was a tastefully done civic considering some of the rolling abortions Ive seen ppl create out of one. While a civic really isnt my thing as a gear head I'll give the owner props for doing what appeared to be a tasteful job on it.

Considering I own 3 trucks that on a good day the stock one might break 18mpg a civic owner is prolly quite a bit smarter than me when it comes time to fill up. Cant knock a guy for wanting to put some coin in the pocket rather than in the gas tank....or waste it on fart cans/stickers/neon .
