Honda Short blocks or long blocks?

Honda Short blocks or long blocks?
What is the difference between those two blocks? I want to buy a b18b1 honda block cuz I want to do the ls/vtec swap but I been seeing 2 diff kinds of blocks.

Those are terms to describe what parts you'll actually receive with each setup. A short block is just the block itself and a long block includes the head.
