Its a bitch and three quarters to get to with the motor in the truck too. You'll have to drop the TTB out to do it easily. Might as well do a SAS while you're at it. And swap a 351 in, the 302 is a pig motor in a full size Bronco.

You should be able to get the oil pan off, by removing the motor mounts and jacking up the engine. The tranny should allow you enough room. The fan might be in the way also. Easy.
i had to remove the tranny to get to the rear oil pan bolts
