Ok i have a 2000 OBD2 civic with a OBD1 conversion harness to a p28. Now as far as wireing goes do i tap into the wires before the harness or the ones in the harness its self?

hey i have a 00 civic also, when i made my engine swap to a b18c1 i used my stock wiring harness i got a chipped p28 ecu hooked up to a pig tail on my obd2 harness, when i hooked up my VAFC2 i actually tapped into my stock harness, everything works fine.
not that you might not know this already... but..... remember, the pig tail is just rerouting your signals wires to another ecu.

I would use the adapter harness so that going back to stock would be easier if needed.
