Hey guys...bunch of us from prelude power are getting together..

October 22nd will be the date of this meet!

That's a sunday which was chosen because traffic is somewhat lighter than on Saturdays and some people work on Saturdays.

We will meet in Front Royal, VA (Just off Rt. 66 West at the top of the Blue Ridge Mountains!) on October 22, 2006 at 9:30-10:00 AM. (See directions below)

From Front Royal we will all enter Shenandoah National Park via Skyline Drive for a cruise, video footage shoot and then stop for a BBQ at a picnic area to take pictures and eat! If you plan on coming plan to bring a meat to grill and some drinks or snacks with you. I'll be providing the charcoal for the grilling. If you have a mini grill bring that if you can since I'm not sure if we'll be able to find an available grill up there if the weather is nice around lunch time.

DIRECTIONS:

Those coming from Northern, VA or off the DC beltway:
Take I-66 West all the way out to exit # 13 at Front Royal. When you come off the ramp, take a LEFT and go under the overpass, come to the intersection with Rt. 55 W (John Marshall HWY) and take a RIGHT. Follow Rt. 55 West through town and look for a Super 8 hotel, we’ll meet in the parking lot of this hotel at 10 am!

Those coming from Richmond, VA beach or other points south:
Take Rt. 95 North from Richmond, take exit # 133 (Rt. 17N Warrenton), merge onto Rt. 17 N.
Follow Rt. 17 North approximately 21 miles to intersection with Rt. 29/15 and take a RIGHT at the light (there will be a Sheetz gas station on your left at this intersection). Follow 29/15 North for approx. 6 miles and take the right exit to follow Rt. 17 North, merge onto Rt. 17 North. Follow Rt. 17N approx. 10 miles to I-66 interchange; Take the left ramp to merge onto I-66 West.
Follow I-66 West to exit # 13. When you come off the ramp, take a LEFT and go under the overpass, come to the intersection with Rt. 55 W (John Marshall HWY) and take a RIGHT. Follow Rt. 55 West through town and look for a Super 8 hotel, we’ll meet in the parking lot of this hotel at 10am!

we have 9 or 10 garuanteed to come already...we still have time to make this grow...let me know if u guys plan on joining...so i can let everyone at preludepower.com know..by the way its also a barbeque as well...so bring whatever meat or drinks you want...

i have 99LudaPre confirmed for coming to the meet...makes it 10 confirmed preludes coming...anyone else???

 

id love to go to one of these cause ive been thinking of getting a lude for a while, love the new ones with a nice clean lip kit and some nice wheels. post some pics when you get back.

 

if i can make it, i'll be coming with 3 ludes, including myself. 2 BB2's and a BB6.

 

how about the next meet come down to va beach or chesapeake or somewhere around there, i have a couple buddys with 91 preludes all customed tuned out and shit theyd def be there if it was closer

 

i guess we can...have to take it up with the rest of the luders up here...i know they always have a meet down in the 757 area every month...people on vapog.com are all from that area...
