one of the guys at work told me about something messed up. it was on the intersection of Colliseum and Marcella. basically there was a lady walking across the street with a walker holding up traffic. when someone would get pissed for having to wait, a cop would come up and pull the person over. after that the lady would start carrying the walker and walk away like normal. i'm not sure what they can get you for, but just something i heard about.
