Ok after mishap, i've realized sliders aint shit for wheelying. So i'm upgrading to powerstuntworx.com cage or race railz. Or 905's cage. Any info is much appreciated this is 06 gsxr 600

whole right side is messed up i had the passenger pegs off cuz i liked look better. So that messed up tail. I got everything on order so it will be fixed this month. It just pisses me off frame sliders broke right off. I'm going to get longer bar extenders and put passenger pegs back on for sure. I was almost 12 o clock though it was high as fuck wheelie not sure what went wrong i came back down and lost it some how happened to fast i didn't bail or nothing. O well happens its to fun to quit

 

Yea I'm basically addicted to wheelies even though I'm not the best. Maybe you came down with the wheel turned? Did you get hurt at all?

i have a 905 cage on my bike. it's ok, but if i was buying a new one, i'd go with the powerz. especially for the street. looking at alvin's powers cage vs. my 905 cage, his cuts in farther at the lower edge of the cage, closest to the ground. meaning it's not so wide at that point. i've hit my cage in corners several times now, and it lifts the back tire off the ground every time. kinda scary, lol. looks like the powers cage would be less likely to do that.
the only reason i have a 905 is b/c it came as part of the deal with the bike.

i don't have any experience with the race rails, so i couldn't tell you much about them.

 

I like to ride curves fast too thats why i was thinking the race railz. But I dont want to have to buy plastics again any time soon. I would hate to scrape my cage on curves then i wouldn't keep it after that happned once.

 

even the race rails aren't gonna COMPLETELY keep the plastic off the ground. that's not what cages/rails are designed for, they're meant to keep the MOTOR off the ground. same with sliders, they're called FRAME sliders for a reason, they're not gonna keep the plastic from getting trashed.
