I have a question for anyone who has received an equipment violation citation for their illegal window tint -- if you receive a ticket, decide to pay it off, leave your tint on, and get another ticket... does anything happen besides possibly having to pay more money?

I got a ticket for my tint today but I don't want to remove it. So if I were ever to get pulled again, could I get into more trouble than just receiving another ticket?

well i got a warning because my lisence plate was on my dashboard and then a month later at some soberity test thing on denbigh the same dumb fuck told me to pull over and wrote me a ticket and said i was being neglegent during court and had to pay a STUPID fine because of my lisence plaste on my dash for being negligent(sp) so who knows just as long as the same guy doesnt pull you over

 

I think a cop can only pull you over so many times....I think its called harrassment(Dont know if spelled right) after a while

 

Well my dad is already calling the trooper tuesday... my dad was driving in front of em when i got pulled, and he pulled over when i got pulled too... apparently he has a problem with this trooper anyway (my dad is a cop)... hahaha. So at least I have peace of mind the jerk is gonna get his ass chewed out...

well he hasn't done patrol in about 15 years, and he seemed to think it wa possible to eventually get in trouble for defying the courts...

Most def... I'm not taking my tint off until the court ever orders me to do so. Until then, I'll pay whatever tickets come my way...
