AFTER I SAW THEM AND CAME BACK TO VIRGINA BEACH I GAVE THEM A CALL I ASKED IF THEY WOULD BE INTERESTED IN OPENING A SHOP/TRACK WITH ME HERE SINCE IVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT IT FOR AWHILE. THEY PRETTY MUCH LEFT THE FINANCING UP TO ME BUT AGREED TO HELP WITH GETTING THE SHOP SET UP AND FINDING SPONSORS. SO HERES THE DEAL WE HAVE 125 ACRES IN SUFFOLK THE PLAN IS TO BUILD A DRIFT/AUTOCROSS TRACK TO COVER ALL BUT 5 ACRES OF IT THE REMAINIG 5 ACRES WILL BE PARKING AND THE SHOP.

-I WANT TO GET A FEEL FOR HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD BE WILLING TO GO TO SUFFOLK AS OPPOSED TO SUMIT ETC. SO PLEASE REPLY TO THIS THREAD ALSO THE MORE REPLYS THE BETTER CHANCE I HAVE OF FINDING BIGGER BETTER SPONSORS.

well i guess i could settle for a normal track lol.

 

for some reason i get the feelling you dont have the millions of dollars neccesary for this kind of venture. and if this is how you go about surveying interest then you will have a lot of trouble getting any ivestors. it takes a lot more than land to build a racetrack. but if im wrong and you do have millions of dollars, and do plan on undertaking this project then its great news.
