Saw this on Autoblog, looks pretty fun. It's not without it's downsides, like cost, but it has some interesting possibilities. Geeks unite.

That is badass!! Guess i better start saving so i will have enough when it is finally released.

It will replace all my gadgets except the radar detector. If only it had a plug for that

Cheaper than a set of nexus gauges. I'm interested.

It's really too bad that it's basically limited to OBD2 cars.

I've been looking into a unit that will show engine parameters/datalogging through a small display that I can mount. I've found a few that I like however they are OBD2 and must use OBD2 protocal (K line) to fuction. Like most here, I can not use OBD2.

Here's a few...

Brockway Engineering (OBD2 only)

Scan Gauge 2 (OBD2 only)
http://www.scangauge.com/

PCS D100/200 (possible OBD2 only)

PLX R300/500

Zeitronix Zt2

Defi Link Display

Doctronic

Am I'm still looking...

what also sucks if you are on full standalone your OBD-II port does nothing and I doubt the gauge would work then

Unless you have a standalone ECU that has an OBD2 port, which a few do I think.
