I got a reckless 85 in a 65. I had 2 speeding tickets before when i was 17 then at 18 and a wreck. I also lost my license for 90 days because to many points while under the age of 18. I have been clean for almost 3 years and both speeding tickets I went to driving school for. How bad is it going to be and should I get a lawyer? Also if so who is goo din the richmond area?

 

I would get a lawyer. I had Sharon Fitzgerald and she was great, but that was for Chesterfield. You could always look her up and ask.

Don’t waste your money on a Lawyer. I prolly have more reckless speeding tickets of anyone on here. Ive represented myself in 4 reckless driving tickets and got out of all of them w/ a slap on the wrist. I got a lawyer once and it got me a restricted license. Biggest waste of money. If you go into the court room have a strong but friendly presence and be a smooth talker, don’t interrupt the judge be respectful (Tell the truth) and be confident. Not overly confident and you will be fine.

P.S. I dont want to hear any crap about my driving record I know its bad. Never been in a accident though (Knock on wood) I just like to speed

 

Get OJ's lawyer. Shit -- he's dead. You're fucked. With that record it will likely not be brought down to just speeding. Pay the fine and learn your lesson this time.
