went to court today for my appeal, first offense, driving on a suspended. my original sentence was 120 days in the klink, almost $500 in fines, and another year of a supended lisence.

well, today was my appeal case. got ALL the jail time dropped, $250 in fines, and 60 days suspended lisence. i can't argue with that. the cop actually made the call to drop all the jail time just so i could be tried today, instead of coming back AGAIN with a lawyer. the prosecuting attourney, well, it was her first day on the job, and i was her first case. that might have worked in my favor. she was also kinda hot, all the guys there were more concerned with staring at her ass than listening to what was going on, lol. got my other ticket dropped completely too.

so boys and girls, let this be a lesson, appeals are a good thing

yeah, i was amazed, i originally had 120 days, but now i have none. and it was the officer that agreed with it. i about shit myself.

nice! wish mine was going so well... my appeal has been dragged out for almost an entire year, and until it gets resolved my license is suspended, but i'm promised an answer by thanksgiving so we'll see
