okay got a ticket doing 50 in a 35 , yes i knew the speed limit was 35 and i just didnt pay attention to my speed honestly. Anyway my first ticket, imma try and take driver improvement to i guess get out of it. So do i take the class BEFORE? or just plea innocent and offer to take it because it was my dumbass honest mistake?

It's your first simple speeding ticket. I wouldn't worry about it. Go ahead and pre-pay. Save driver improvement for when you incur enough negative points to be put on DMV "probation".

 

*Sometimes* if you go to court and fess up the judge will cut you a break.
