sup guys. i got a 99 gsr in a 94 civic coupe. ive finally got all the kinks worked out except one. after my car has been running for a while my top end isnt worth shit. in 2nd gear it wont barely pull past 7500 rpms and i run lean as hell. i have to turn off and turn back on my car to get it to go again. it just bogs down alot in my high rpms. anyone got any idea what it is?
