probably not a bad block, probably a spun big end rod bearing. put a crank (yamaha cranks are cheeeeap) and some new bearings in it, she'll be good as new.

what you want for the whole bike?

not to offend you or anything....but the whole bike for $5500 with a crapped out motor?? you're looking at probably $2000 in damages, for a crank, at least one rod, bearings, and the labor to do it all. that's alot of loot for a knackered bike.

i'll spread the word, i know alot of people that buy blown up/wrecked bikes to rebuild and sell, but i can't promise much for that price. good luck with that man.

If you decided to part it out, let me get a brake lever and left side rear-set.

Please let me know through PM, cause I barely check this section.
