BLACK JEFF is infamous around these parts

wheel cleaner/wax/protectant??

what kind of stuff are you guys using besides good old soap and water? there is way to much grime getting on the lip of the rims and i wash them sometimes twice a week. not everything comes off so i need something

I read good reviews about it somewhere... can't remember where, though. I know something caused me to bookmark it in my head for whenever I start cleaning my wheels.
