Default Hondata dyno tuning

So i am looking to get my car tuned with Hondata on a dyno. I want the precise tuning. I have pretty much a fully built NA integra. I was wondering who people would recommend for tuning in Va. I was looking into AR Fabrication in Winchester, inlinePro, and Authority Performance Engineering. I am trying to find someone who will do a damn good job and not rape me in charges. Another concern I have is that I have ITB's so I want to make sure that I take it to someone who knows what they are doing since ITB's make it a bit more difficult to tune. I dont know of all the best places here in Va, originally from Florida. Let me know what you guys think! Thanks

Ross at Precision Auto in Greenbrier. He can tune Hondata, Crome, AEM, and MegaSquirt.
