Modifications : 3inch turbo back, Ram intake, Utec Delta Stage 1 base map. Sard R2D2

Problem that occurred was I was with a friend as he was driving and he went thru 1-2 to 6500rpm, then went into 3rd and at 5000 rpm, acceleration stopped and felt similar to fuel cut ( No acceleration, but no noise)

This happend just after installation of the Sard R2D2

 

boost leak?

 

Overboost cut?

 

i checked for boost leaks, and i havent found one yet.

Fabrik, how would i know if its an overboost leak?

 

boost leak does not cause overboost, unless it is intermittent. Find out if your piggy back or ECU has a boost/fuel cut setting.

 

Stock ECU has an overboost cut if I remember correctly. If you have a leak you won't overboost..
