I would first check fuses and or use a voltage meter to make sure it is stll getting current. If it those check out. Could be motor is bad. either put it down using the little twist knob thingy. "thats the technical term" lol. or go to the junkyard and get another. good luck w/ it.

My buddy had the same problem. open the hood and listen to the motor by the non functioning light while a friend turns it on. if the motor works it is possible that the little tie rod just came off. that was his problem. pop that back on and you're good to go.
