I guess the laws have changed, you used to get a "freebie" for your first offense in DC. You had to complete ASAP class, but that was about it. Granted I got mine back in '93, god I'm getting old.

i got my dui a year ago, i blew a .09 limit .08 gay 'eh?
Anyways, had a lawyer, had to do 10 weeks of asap, take another class for 1 day, 30 hours com serivce and 1 year restricted license. I get it back Jan thank god. its been a LONG year and ill tell you, it wasnt worth it and it fuckin sucks. good luck, but chances are your fucked. I hope this is ur first time cuz as it stands your facing i think its a max of 45 days in jail right now if its your first, 6 months if your second and a year if your third. Try to switch to com service and not jail time if i was you. I know they have tighten up the laws more so then a year ago when i got mine so id deff be consulting a lawyer.

I can beat that, I blew a .03 and got one because I was only 20. (.02 was the LL at that time) They pulled me over for "running a yellow light".
