This is a 91 Eagle Talon ESI 5 Spd. with like 4 miles on the engine( had to test drive it to make sure nothing was wrong). These are the parts that have been replaced due to being old or just so it wouldn't complicate rebuild.
1) rings
2) Crank, Rod, and Balancer Shaft Bearings
3)Timing Belt
4) Water pump
5)Spack Plugs
6)All the sensors on the thermostat housing
7)All new gaskets(HEad, pan, front case, intake and exhaust ext.)
8)refubished head
9)
There are no miles and the engine and 100,000 on the Chassis

yeah some guy had a bright idea to put a TSI body on a ESI chassis. He didn't convert to a turbo motor. Even has the tsi graphics on it

i believe the first year talons/eclipses also had non-turbo 4g63 motors. not 100% though. sort of like how the old mitsubishi might max truck had a 4G63 n/t motor

 

They did and the VIn in the engine bay states that it is non turbo.
