Well, this fu*king sux! I was going to meet a few friends at BW2s earlier tonight and the unthinkable happened to me. I was driving on Deyerle Rd (in Roanoke) going towards Tanglewood mall area in some dense ass foggy weather and went off the road and hit a guardrail dead on . The road was kinda slick from all the oil or grease which caused the tires to slip when I tried to make the turn down hill and I couldn't stop in time so boom and next thing I know I'm in the grass w/ one headlight out. I sat there for a sec then got out and started cursing like a sailor . I busted my lip on the steering wheel cuz I wasn't wearing my seatbelt and the damn bag didn't even go off (damn civics!). I then tried to back out of the muddy grass but I ended up having to push the car up hill by myself to get it out of the grass cuz the frontend was stuck under the guard rail. I just let the car roll down hill then I got out and really looked at the car under the light. The front bumper is almost split in two pieces and the hood is in a ^ shape. Front right headlight is scattered in pieces and the radiator support is bent. I forced the hood to open and checked for leaks around the radiator and surprisingly there were no leaks at all. The A/C line is a lil crooked but the motor seem untouched. Called my roomates and they came and got me 15-20 min later. 6 cars drove past me and no one stopped. Not that I was waving for help or anything but I was just pissed that I wrecked the car. I can't go to sleep so that's why I'm posting/venting on Vadriven . I will post some pix tomorrow to show you guys how luck I was to walk away w/ a busted lip. Going to also call the insurance company tomorrow to see what they say about the car. I think it might be totaled but maybe not....we'll see.
