Honda engine work?
Hey looking for a local shop in the Kempsville area, to change a Timing belt on a 95 civic. Hopefully that's what the problem is. Anyways, I'm looking for a reliable shop that isn't ridiculously expensive, but I'm willing to pay for good work! Thanks for any help!

Damn it. I would offer my services but i am going out of town tomorrow and wouldn't be back until the 7th. It would save you the expensive labor cost of a shop with the same quality. But i'm sure there are a few here that can help you out as well. Good luck.

Re: Honda engine work?
Here's the problem. I'm not even sure if I need the timing belt exactly, but my problem is that I get some bad shuddering/hesitation under acceleration up to about 3500 rpms. I just started recently replaced spark plugs/wires and fuel filter, inspected PCV valve, inspected cap and rotor, plug wires are getting spark. O2 sensor looks pretty new and I'm not getting any CEL's so I can't figure it out. The timing belt has a little bit of play in it so that was my last guess, not sure how much play the belt should have. I appreciate any help and if it is in fact the belt, I'd be willing to pay for good/garaunteed work.
Thanks
Jason
Thanks

Are you sure its not coming from your transmission, brakes, or anything like that.
PM me, and i can take a look at your car.
It's normal for timing belts to feel a little loose, but is a good idea to replace if it hasn't been done.

It isn't your belt, atleast not for replacement. Might have jumped, might be your "dizzy yo"!
If you want a shop to do it mine is in Chesapeake, Pm me for info. If not, you will find some capable hands on here.
Good Luck
