Just got out of court today in Newport News with nothing. I was caught street racing in Newport news a few weeks back and got busted in the act. Anyway I got a good lawyer witch I was reluctant to do because I thought I was fucked regardless.
We approached the judge and the police officers gave their testimony witch to me sounded pretty incriminating. When they were finished my lawyer asked to make a motion witch was granted. My lawyer then proceeded to tell the judge that at no time during the cop’s testimony did he ever say I was there. He never mentioned me individually therefore no charges were brought on me, or the guy I was racing... Luckiest vie ever been in my life, lesson learned well.

god lawyer i got caught 4 years ago cops had me on video tape my lawyer made the cop look stupid in court still got hit with a 500dollar fine
