I just wanted to post this because i needed to vent some frustration. Yesterday I just payed my Tint ticket that I got about a month ago! Let me repeat that. Yesterday I just payed my tint ticket which cost $87! This morning on my way to work I get a F***King Tint ticket again, this worst part is normally this road is full of cars but today it was empty like the road was cleared for me so the cop on the side of the road can get a clear view of me and pull me over. Well hope this is not what is in store for me for the New Year cause this would really Suck! They always find a new way to dick me over. 4 years ago it was for exhaust all the time and now its tint back to back! Fairfax County can't catch or lock up thieves, but they can go and harrass me while I'm going to work to do something productive.

So you're breaking the law, get a ticket for it twice like you are supposed to, yet it's bullshit?

Here's a bright idea...take off the tint and you wont have to worry about it...

 

7 years i have had tint and cops would never say anything about it because the tint is real light and you can straight through it no problem. everything else on the car is legit other than the tint

 

i hate to say it bro but he is right. I used to get pulled over for tint like 2 or 3 times a year. It's illegal past a certain point so i just had it redone. no tickets since. sucks but it's reality.

 

Obviously it's not real light if you got a ticket for it, there are maximum percentages you're allowed. 50% for the front windows and 35% past that. If you don't want the tickets or attention the tint brings you, take it off.

 

How bad is your tint? Funny part is that Fairfax County police really are douches. Had the same problem with a Comptech exhaust but it always got thrown out at court. Still had to go to court sucked but I didn't have to pay for shit. I wish they could be more laid back like Prince William County.

seriously fairfax county police catch criminals all the time, and they have people assigned to keep the streets safe as well. if you dont want a ticket make it legal.

 

It could have been worse. I've been in a vehicle where the cop was complete asshole and made the driver peel off the tint. So is the tint still on the windows?
