hey guys im not much of a tech savvy kinda guy,thats why i thought id post this here,aight check this,im drivin my 96 eclipse down the road,and everythings fine but whenever i stop at a light or for a certain amount of time my temp gauge needle starts rising towards hot and then it goes back to the middle once i start driving,any ideas??? thanks for all your help!

 

Check to make sure your fan is working and your coolant level is proper.

 

 

check your thermostat. i had a 97 eclipse and had the exact opposite problem, turns out my thermostat was stuck on open, yours could be stuck on closed.
