I had a suspicion that the rear of the cobra was leaning to the right and Nics dad saw it too while we were at work. Threw her on the lift yesterday and sure enough the right rear spring didnt look like the left. Right at the base there was a gap and was twisted a tad. So I guess those Moroso Drag Springs will be going in sooner. Plus the Pinion seal is leaking also. So That will have to be replaced.

Guess the Longtubes for the LS1 will have to wait.

You would want to do a stall converter in the Z first before longtubes anyway, trust me.

The car wont being seeing that much track time if any. I rarely drive it compared to Bev and still want it to be confortable for her as a daily driver as she takes him to school, get groceries, go to work, etc. I would like to improve the sound a bit and gain a little hp. ET isnt what I am looking for. Who knows, I tend to change my mind alot..lol.

 

My wife drove my 98 plenty and didn't mind it at all. I did LT and the stall at the same time but the converter I had was like stock until you smacked it. (TCI SSF 3500) and was the single best thing I ever did to that car. PERIOD. I wish I still had the car so you coulddrive it and feel the difference. Hell,drive somebody's in RPM to see what I mean? I wouldn't steer you wrong there.....
