24 hour gym on Williamson?
Anyone know anything about the 24 hour gym on Williamson Road? It's not such a good area, obviously, but is the gym decent? Anyone know what the rates are? Maybe a phone number or the name of the place so I can find a phone number? My hours suck at work and it's almost impossible to work out during normal hours, so I've really been considering checking this place out.
Besides... you would think it would be relatively quiet at midnight, no?

I'm pretty sure it's called ACE Fitness. It's kind of weird seeing people there at like 4 am working out but I guess everybody's schedule is a little different. I have never personally been there but it doesn't seem like to bad of a place and where else can u find a 24 hour gym at around here?

That's the ONLY 24 hour gym that I know of...

I wish Gold's was open 24 hours. Supposedly they're putting in a Gold's Gym where New Fitness was. I'm pissed because that's where I went and they closed.
My brother used to use this gym. Of course there it not a whole lot of fitness equipment there but if you are just wanting to lift some weights then it's really a good deal.
I've always used the BAC in the past.. because of how clean it is plus it has every kind of equipment that I would ever use. It's a bit pricier and not 24 hours but it was well worth it IMO.

Do you know anything about the gym I'm asking about since your brother used the gym? Hell, I didn't even know you had a brother... Any idea how much the membership is? Decent equipment? Etc?
I understand the fact that BAC/RAC/Gold's/etc might have more equipment, and a higher price... but that's not really an option right now. My current work schedule would really only permit that I work out at oddball hours that a typical gym is not open.

I won't even make fun of you if you get a pink bike.
He said that he actually went to a different gym(iron sports or something) just a few buildings down from ace. However, he did look into going to ace for but they didn't have much equipment. They had free weights and your typical aerobic machines.
It was a couple of years ago though.. so things could have changed since then. He doesn't remember how much is cost then but he thinks that they did make you sign a contract, though he can not remember the term.
With all that said, you are better off to just get down there and check it out then to take his word because it was a couple of years ago when he looked into it.
