240 help
Sorry to do this guys, but I have spent all day trying to figure this out and I'm out of ideas. So far I have spark "MSD 6A", fuel "750/walboro", ECU enthalpy, and timing/distributor is set according to the TECH write up on ka-t.org.
The car started once after I unplugged all injector connections. It ran for about 20 seconds with out the plugs in. While it was running I inserted the plugs back in and the car ran for about 10 minutes at idle. While it was running I started adjusting the idle screw and the the car died. It has not come back on since. All this happen today at 1200. I am just walking inside the house trying to fix this problem. Damn I missed the 240 meet.
CLIFF NOTES:
GOT: Spark, Fuel, and distributor/timing is set according to the TECH write up.

Like I said on KA-T.org, it is probably just a dirty IACV. Crack the throttle a little and see if it starts. Also, clean the IACV really good with some carb cleaner or seafoam by pouring it down the IACV hose. Readjust idle afterwards..
Thanks for all the help guys. I checked everything and it was the iavc. Took it out cleaned it and found out that one of the pins on the connector was bent. I also switch timing 180* and blam the bastard started right up. I like to thank everyone for helping me out. Now I have to figure out what is going on at WOT. Car idles perfect, drives perfect, but WOT doesn't pull like it use to. I suspect a boost leak.
Thank you,
Danny
