Room for rent Va Beach, loaded house... $500/month + share of utilities.
One of my roomates recently got out of the Marines and moved down to Greensboro, NC so one of the rooms is up for rent. The room is 11x12 if I remember correctly and has it's own satellite box. Only furnishings are a computer desk. It has a ceiling fan, window, and medium size closet.
Rent is $500 + your share of the utilities which is about $100 on average. That includes electical, natural gas, satellite TV, cable internet, water & sewage, etc.
Family room area...
Dining room area... mostly used for car parts etc...

There is a lot of back story here, to much to type in fact. lol. I sent back a rather long PM that doesnt even scratch the surface. It will take at least a six pack to two persone ratio, and some time to make a dent in this back story. It is really entertaining though.
