i was wondering how bad it can be when i go to court...i got clocked doing 81 on 60mph part of I-95. the cop used a laser..well anyone with this experiance,feel free to put ur 2cents in.

I am radar and ladar certified if he has you on radar you are pretty much screwed. My best advice to you is to eathier get a lawyer and you will not have the risk of having your liscense suspended or just pay the fine and hope the judge is in a good mood.

I got a ticket on 95 in Prince William county for doing 84 in a 60mph zone. I got a $580 fine and 90 days liscense suspension. It was my first ticket in my life and i brought my driving record to court. I appealed the judges ruling got a lawyer and got of with a $100 ticket and no points or no liscense suspension. It was worth the money for the lawyer. Hope that helps.. good luck

1.) Get Lawyer

2.) Hes gonna tell u to take driving school

3.) Pray your reccord is ok.

4.) Dress up all fresh. Coat and tie.

5.) Hope he is in a good mood.

I did this he gave me 25 hours community service and i think... 3 months probation...

Then again im enlisted in the Coast Guard now and need to drive to base. I used that in court when i was pending and he realy seemed to like that.

(boot camp august 14th...wish me luck)
