I have had nothing but great experiences with these guys. My car was worked on by Jimmy of the Red Team, and the 2 service managers; Doug C. and Kevin O. really took care of me. I had my car in there about 8 times over the last 10 months and they could not repeat the problem as it happened randomly and most of the time the dealership was closed. So when I took it up there, it was not doing anything wrong. Finally Jimmy found the problem, they credited everything I paid before on to the new bill. So the bill was dropped about 75%.

Each time I took it in, I received a rental. They really know how to take care of their customers.

 

My dad has never had any complaints about the service he's recieved.
