anyone have a 2002-2006 Altima that runs flawlessly? Ive been doin some research and found out that there are a lot of Altima owners that are having the same problem as me, MASSIVE oil consumption and poor heater performance. Any suggestions on where to start to fix this?

 

Get rid of that shit. I have heard too many bad things about Altimas. I know two people that have non stop problems with theirs.

the 06 Altimas have oil consumption issues. All the 2.5's have heater issues. Most of the time it is caused by a air pocket in the coolant system. Check your radiator cap and you will probably find that the seal on it is swollen. That is causing it to stick. You willneed to go to your dealer and get a new one. The issue is being caused by some kind of chemical thwey are using on the engine block during assy.

2.5's are know for coolant problems, we get at least 2 altimas that require headgaskets a week.
