***OFFICIAL VaDriven Spring BBQ MEET 4/14/07***
That's right folks. It's time to wash your cars and clear your schedules.
Date: Saturday April 14th, 2007. (Rain date 4/21)
Time: Arrive around Noon. Food to be served from 1-3:30 or until supplies last.
Location: Mt Trashmore Park, Virginia Beach, VA. Google Maps
The Rules: Don't be an ass. You will be asked to leave. The cops will be around, but if you act like you have sense, they won't bother us.
We need:
2 Grills (Boost609 )
cooking utensils
Meat for grilling (Lester, OBXBoost, TheGentleArt, REKER, SilverDC4Life)
chips (HONDAS_ONLY)
buns (UgotOWNED, mirageracer, wil-son
condiments (2Slow2Race)
plates (4BangerCivic)
forks (namforellik, nismo)
sodas (Darve, preludekid18, HONDAS_ONLY, TheGentleArt, Darve)
coolers
ice
napkins (JDM-EJ2, sive ick, namforellik)
trashbags (these are a MUST) - (TheLittleRedSRT)
folding tables (preludekid18, BluedSRT)
mongolian hot oil (jentegraGS-R)
NO ALCOHOL WHATSOEVER. PERIOD.
Please post with what you can bring. We definitely need people with trucks to help out with the grills and the tables. I will edit this post with who's bringing what and anything else we need.

Tim- As I said earlier, I will put $250 towards food and can pick that stuff up @ Sams Club. I can act as the "food coordinator" and get the supplies all in one place. I have a truck.......or a really fast courier car. ;-)
If I can have two or three people that can help me...........we can get the food/condiments/plates, etc. all in one shot.

i'll bring a couple hundred plastic plates
