Auto-x on the gaskins road park & ride?

I was getting onto 64w on the gaskins road entrance on my way to work, and I saw a bunch of cones set up and some stands. Anyone know what's going on there?

Neither VMSC or NASA have any events this weekend here in Richmond.

GRTC buses cant drive on broad they always cut you off or run into building lol

Friendly's Driving School also uses the parking lot to train new drivers to dodge objects. They were the school I went through to get my license and we used that park n ride.
