What:Car show, everybody is invited. It is $20 to register and you can win a trophy. SPECATATORS GET IN FOR FREE!!! There will be food and drinks available and just come out and have a good time.

sorry dude most of us are northern and western VA, but gl with the event.SkillsUSA sucks i got suckered into the district comp last week and i ended up winning auto tech adult. so now i have to take two days off to go to richmond, oh well!

 

yeah, i understand, but i just thought id post and try to get as many people as possible, our chapter of skillsusa has no money and we depend on this carshow every year to pay for states.

 

6th Annual Car Show March 24, 2007 from 10 p.m to 4 p.m. At Currituck County High School 4203 Caratoke Highway, Barco, North Carolina, 27917. There will food, drinks, and entertainment to make this a fun experience for everybody. The registration fee is $20 dollars per vehicle. FREE ADMISSION TO SPECTATORS. There are categories for cars, trucks, and even motorcycles. Over 40 trophies available. All proceeds go to the Currituck County SkillsUSA Club, this event allows our students to raise funds for their state and national competitions. damn, i may have to show up for this if im not working......i work in grandy at station 5, might have to swing a few cars through and maybe enter mine....would it be alright if i hand out business cards at this show ?....

i used to live down there and i work down here so i know where that damn place is at, been there many times on calls....if im not working i may be there.

 

I may be going to Busch Gardens on the 24th, but I may change go on the 25th instead so that I can come to this show. Since it's only an hour away. Last time I drove through Currituck, I got a freaking ticket, so I may be kinda worried driving through there again.
