I thought it was a pretty fun event, good turnout. Made me want to be down there driving though...

no complaints on how it was run, i like the fact it was at night. cooler for me in my half fire suit and 5 point harness.

i wont talk about my times.....nothing to exciting. thats what i get for jumping in the car after 8 months trying to act like i still know the car. and i saw some of the most beautiful women there. oh god.

on and my opologies to those that i may have seemed anti social to.

 

I had a great time so did my daughter and wife! Sung when you guys get the pics hosted let me know so I can post a big thread on H-T with my modded pic too It seemed to be a good event went smooth it wasn't overly packed with racers I didn't think. All our locals really had bad luck at the track, Shad ran a 10.95@129mph, his car was acting up, it has a whole hell of alot more in it, low low 10's high 9's coming soon he practices at the 1/8 mile alot in Elizabeth City, also Greaser was having some problems, I only saw one decent time a low 12, possibly he hit a high 11 can't remember, Grey ran an 11.88@120 ish he has alot more in it too, Shawn with the WRX is looking sooooo sweet now, he was having some bad luck too . Jason Hunt's car is Bea Utiful! The car really is meticulous and clean, I want my cage the same way, he ran abest today of 10.7@140mph, the car has much more in it too, low low 10's also, possibly high 9's also once he has it totally dialed in! InlinePro was out in full force again and were having some probs but Kevin Enge ran low low 10.20s all day WHOAH! Phenomenal can't wait for the NOPI Fast and Furious event next week at MIR!

Thanks. The blue one on the end was mine, it's a ka24det without the advertising. That yellow one was done by heavythrottle in new york, it's a beautiful car.

 

That veilside 350z was hot too.

 

I expected more out of the event probably since i havent been to a event since last season. I expected more Pro cars. This year has got to be least of Pro's to show up. It was fun seeing all the news setups though. Shad, grey, inline pro's pro all motor and turbo cars, and jason hunts new civic coupe. too bad shad or jason didnt take home the win. Inline pro guys are some dicks seriously. getting a little cocky. but overall this years battle could have been better.
