Exhaust suggestions.
I'm looking for opinions and suggestions on a new exhaust system. I'm definitely going for a full system. I already have a K&N filter and PC3 in the garage, just trying to make up my damn mind on the exhaust. Right now it has a bolt-on Yoshi RS-3. Here's a pic:
honestly, unless you're going to do alot of internal motor work at some point, most factory headers flow just as good as aftermarket stuff does, and you won't gain much (if any) by putting a full system on it.
BUT, if you really feel the need to go with a full system, ti force is the shiznit, imo. micron serpent exhausts are sweet too. expensive though.

yea can't go wrong with ti force... i have the same bike as you and bought a dented up akrapovic race system for cheap, that is the only power modification done to it, stock filter, no power commander, and it made the most power out of any 600 we've had on the dyno at the shop i was working at, a guy there bought a akrapovic evolution II system, BMC race filter, and PC USB, spent hours mapping it and still came up about 2 hp short... i think i got a extra powerful stock motor but i also can't fault akrapovic
Does Ti Force make a high-mount bolt on for the K4? I guess at this point, I'm going for looks since skroo says I've already got a good flowing exhaust. I wish they sold a mid-pipe so I can convert my Yoshi to a high mount.
yeah, as far as i know no one makes a midpipe to convert a bolt on to a high mount. if you could find someone to maybe trade you your bolt on for a regular slip-on style muffler, then you could probably get a high mount midpipe.
and yes, ti-force makes a high-mount full system for your bike.
