..I know this is not monster.com but maybe someone knows of a place that is hiring. Currently my parents are leaving the country for retirement and I've decided to stop going to school for awhile since I can't really afford it by myself after paying my first year tuition, so I'm moving back to Northern Virginia around Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling.

Therefore I need hold a decent full time job till I get a better one, my old job that would give me back my position usually doesn't give me enough hours and pays $10.. therefore anyone here know any good job opening around the loudoun or tysons' area?

I'm best at dealing with people, receptionists/secretary would be the best.

Well lindsay volkswagen has an opening for cashier however, i think they need people now and like I doubt I'm qualified yet to be a sales person since I am only done with the first year of college. I need a job after May 5th cause thats the last day of school, and hopefully I have a place to stay after that. :|

In D.C., check out the classified section for a receptionist/ secretary job. They are always available everywhere, just find a company that seems somewhat fun to work at and go there. And it'll pay more than $10 an hour. I know someone who lives off of $10 an hour and it's horrible.

 

manpower. look it up in the phone book. i get $10/hour. 40 hours a week and get paid every week.

 

i can put you to work on 14th & newyork, dunno if you can fit in between the blocks though lol..ALL the cashier girls are young like yoru age, just go for it

Oh and I forgot, I rather not work in retail. After working for abercrombie, victoria secret and fired my boss twice, I'm done. And staying in school is close to impossible, I took a loan on my first year with the help my step dad's co-sign, i mean my parents could pay for it easily but my step dad is iffy about that. And I cant take up a student loan, for residency reasons.

Meanwhile I already have a withdrawal from school for next semester, I'm planning to take classes in nvcc when I make enough then transfer.

 

The title is on my parents right now since it was bought before I was 18, and we had an agreement to transfer the title when I get a stable job so i could pay for insurance. Thats another reason why i need a good job, or my step dad would look down upon me and eh, i don't like begging parents for help.
