Step 1: Save money.
Step 2: Find a good body shop.

does the car need body work? if so pm me.my dad and i can do it for cheap and do a good job. (it is not as easy as it seems).

when it comes to painting(also not very easy):

tape off the car before anything! use car covering plastic or paper and block off where you dont want to get paint or sand. chrome, alluminum, windows, wheels, etc.

sand car with 400-600(higher the number the smoother it will be and the longer it will take and the other way around). make sure you don't go in just one direction. sand up, down, side to side, diagonal.otherwise it will be uneven.

it is hard to TELL you how to spray on the paint. are you using a spray gun? if so then u basicly go back and forth on each part(don't do a whole side in long sprays, break it up). on a spray gun, if you let off half way the paint will stop flowing but air will come out. do this. right as you get to the end of the section you are painting let off and back on as you start to bring it back.this keeps the paint from building up on the end of the section you are painting. build up means runs. do this all over the car. next, put on the clear. this is where you really wanna do a good job cause it'll show everything. i recomend having a thick coat of clear. helps to keep things like oil from eating through to the paint easily. once dried good. buff (if you can) when done to bring out shine.

told you so. not easy. if you wanna get an estamate done for paint and body(or just paint)(or just body) you can pm me. my dad is the main guy behind doing stuff like this. trust me it's not going to be expensive. it will look good. hope i helped
