throttle body for gsr

i have a skunk2 throttle body and im sick of having to hold it to warm up so that i can keep it at idle

skunk2 admitted that its a problem and its just b/c its a race setup

i want to find a good one that will idle and warm up properly

do you know anyone with this throttle body?

i have no iac basically

i have to hold the throttle down until it warms up to keep an idle

AEBS makes one that looks just like stock, but bigger of course, even comes polished. i have the 68mm

i have the skunk2 mani so id like to keep it somewhat matched

instead of saying you dont want it polished why dont you say that you want your car to idle? he was just giving you an option and aebs tb's are actually very reliable and give a decent boost in performance.

The throttle body shouldn't be the problem.

I've had friends with 70mm and 72mm throttle bodys on B-Series motors and they idled fine.

Can you

A) post pictures of the setup

B) tell us what size it is.

i wasnt bein a dick. sorry. ive seen a bunch that only have polished

haha

its 68mm

i know its not the size of it.

skunk2 admitted that it wasnt meant to work properly

i just want to find a good one

it idles fine tho so dont think that that is the problem.

im just askin to hear what you guys think about throttle bodies

some that i dont have to rig and all
