Introduction For A Lurker...
Figured I would finally post up an intro thread...I am stationed at Langley AFB and I see a few familiar cars as I looked through these pages for a hot minutes...I have been in the Air Force for almost 4 years and I am actually seperating in about 45 days...Going to work as a dirty contractor...Im a 3C051 right now...Been in the same place for 4 years...Well other then the 5 1/2 month tour to the sandbox...
Some people may know me from a few of the sites I am on...I go by ChrisJ, Jobe, and a few others...
I drive a 2002 Mustang GT...I have had it for about a year and a half...
Here is what the car has...
MPH Vortech T-Trim (SVT Focus Pump, 42# Injectors, 90MM Lightning MAF) with 3.4 rr pulley (12#'s)
MPH Powerpipe
DIY FMIC (With 3 inch piping all around)
Vortech Minirace Bypass
BBK Ceramic Coated Longtube Headers
BBK O/R X-Pipe
Flowmaster Cat-Back
Summit Tubular Upper and Lower Control Arms
BBK Strut Tower Brace
3.73 Gears
Professional Products Plenum
75mm BBK Throttle Body
Autometer Lunar Gauge Cluster
Autometer Lunar Boost Gauge
Autometer Lunar Electric Fuel Pressure Gauge
Innovative XD-16 w/LC-1 Wideband
Strage 31 spline Axles
FRPP 31 Spline Diff (Carbon Fiber Clutches)
Pioneer AVH P6800DVD - 6 Disc DVD in Dash with Touch Screen
Pioneer Bluetooth Adapter
SCT 4-Bank Chip
Cig Lighter Tune Selector
Steeda Comp Springs
18 Hypercoated Saleen (Replica's)
Goodyear Eagle F1's All Around (275/35/ZR18 on the front...285/35/ZR18 on the rear)
Steeda Tri-Ax Short Throw Shifter
All Held Together by a Tim @ Modular Powerhouse Tune...
Still no dyno numbers yet...becuase I went to DTP and we started on the first run and the car went to lean up top so we canxed the run...So I left and sent the chip to Tim along with the Dyno Sheet and AF Print Out and he fixed it...Will get it back on a dyno in 3 weeks or so...
I should see 400RWHP/400RWTQ...Well Im hoping at least...
And before people start going nuts about the 12#'s on the stock bottom end...I have longtubes and an intercooler...With just the longtubes I really only see 10#'s and sometime a spike of 11#'s...With the intercooler on I will only see 9#'s - 10#'s...Which is all good...
I think theres a few other parts that I forgot to put in there...But I am sure I will remember them later...
Here are a couple pics of the car...
FMIC, Piping, Wideband, Stereo Headunit, Vortech Mini-Race Bypass, and some Other Stuff...
Innovative XD-16 and LC-1 with all the software...
Vortech T-Trim On the Car
Autometer Lunar Cluster, Autometer Boost Gauge, And Autometer Lunar Fuel Pressure Gauge...
Another picture of the Vortech Installed...
My Car With The Saleens...
Another Picture of My Car With The Saleens...
The car is fun...
Right now I am running a Greddy Type-S set-up for recircualtion and to tell you the truth I dont really care for it...I think it does not like my car either...It likes to whistle too much at cruising speeds...
The intercooler, vortech bypass, DVD player, Wideband, axles, and differential are still yet to be installed...
Compliments, Critisim, and Whatever are gladly excepted...

Re: Introduction For A Lurker...
The black stripes were on the car when I bought it...Im not a super big fan of them either...lol
C MY 4D you know that it is slow first hand...Well you have not road in it yet with the new tune in it...It runs alittle better...
MAD DOHC these gauges wont work in your cobra...They are for the Slow GT's...And they are getting harder and harder to find...And you can not touch my nips bro...I think your a cool guy and all but thats when the buck stops...We all know what you do to the guys that go out to smithfield with you; my group was just lucky becuase we were bigger then you...
Now I need to get the damn flange welded on my boost pipe so I can put the intercooler on...
I have lurked around this site for alittle bit...Almost a year...lol
