bring it to the Coast Guard base in Elizabeth City...I'll paint it with paint you can wash with a brillo pad.

My dad just got his camaro done really cheap at One Stop Auto Shop. They did a really good job too, a perfect black paint job. I cant remember where it is, you should be able to find it in a phone book though. I think it may have been on Warwick.
