story: I leave work and get on 264 going towards chesapeake, kid in an MR2 goes flying past me, I am realy doing 80 or so, he slows down i cath up to him and he stayed behind the whole time. I speed up and he speeds up with me. I go to get off the highway and he floors it WTF was that?

You should have slowed down to 10 below and thrown on you hazards.

just drive like a normal person would on the interstate. why do you have to speed up or slow down? hit cruise control and your good to go.
