Default turbo seals gone ??

so i was puttin fluid in my car today and i nopticed that my turbo had oil on the intake side this wasnt like this the other day. im just if i need a rebuild im pretty sure i do which maybe the reason its not boosting right i though i had a leak but if its gone this would explain it. what do you guys think

You have oil before or after the compressor?

If it wasn't a lot of oil and your PCV hose is still routed to the intake before the turbo with no catch can that is normal, if you have a catch can and found a lot of oil then your seals are going out. Does it smoke at idle or full throttle at all?

no smoke but its more than a lil oil
