Diamond Autoglass (-1) :(
Updated with pictures!
Had my windshield replaced today by Diamond Auto glass and I was very unpleased with the work done. My moulding was not replaced even though I specifically asked the service writer twice if molding was replaced and included in the cost, to which they insisted "yes".
When I got home to the car (had mobile service done), the moulding had not been replaced and was actually in worse shape than before. My car was covered in tiny pieces of rubber sealant from where they cut the old windshield out. And they broke the rearview mirror, to which they cleverly tried to glue it back onto the mounting bracket. Plus there is about a 3 inch long smear of glue coming down from the bracket itself where the glue ran down.
I called and filed my complaint and the manager is supposed to call me in the morning. Should I insist on having the mirror fixed at a third party shop and have Diamond cover the cost? I want them touching my car as little as possible now, but obviously they will have to in order to replace the moulding. And to think, I left the guy a $10 tip...

I am not sure, the address on the receipt reads : 4708 Tulip Dr., Va Beach VA. I called over the phone and set up a mobile appointment to be done at my house while I was at work. Mistake #1 - not being there while the work was performed

Well hopefully one of them will be doing my moulding, cuz Omar most certainly will not. As far as the mirror goes, I don't want Diamond messing with it, just paying for it.
