Default Chipping ECU

I was wondering if there was someone local that could chip my ECU. Im in Newport News and its an auto P28 and i need it chipped for a 5speed. I heard its not that hard, i just dont wanna fuck something up doing it. So if anyone can or if u know someone who will chip it for cheap, let me know! Thanks in advance!

BTW you don't chip it to be a manual, you cut a jumper, I wanna say its jumper number 28, I know which one it is in the ecu.

Does Fred have a wideband he uses with his street tunes?

I'm still getting Patrick to tune my car, just because I try to be a man of my word.
