Friend of mine has a car that im considering buying or helping him sell

What is the car worth that crank walked? Lets assume 125k miles. 5 speed.

DSMs just arent selling lately it seems, I think $2-$3k is way too much. Closer to $1k probably. Its not that the car is not worth it, just no one is in the market.

2K max imo. with it not only be a gst, but being crankwalked...

It's harder to get interest from dsm people to buy fwd's when awd's are available. So with that being said... maybe $2500 out of it, but id stick to around 2K price.

unlikely. you might be able to get $1000 at most after parting it out. The transmission will bring about $300-500 and that is your biggest item imo. Everything else is readily available at low cost.

 

went and checked out the car yesterday

its a 96 gs-t with 121k miles so i was close

greddy adjustable blow off valve
some FPR
tanabe cat back
new clutchnet clutch + pp in the seat.
Apexi boost gauge....


Im sure i could sell all of that easily?
