how far would you drive for a meet? i havce a couple of parks here in MD that have PLENTY of parking for us and cops cant bother us. but would you be willing to drive to Frederick, MD or is that too far?

Hmm I either drive 45 mins to NOVA....or 40 mins to Frederick. Its all interstate driving to me either way, so I don't care either way.

 

any where that is worth it, also depend on what car you take out, race fuel went up.

 

Not terribly far to stand in a parknig lot... if it's a big BBQ 3hrs max. I just drove 12hrs each way to Bowling Green, KY and back for the Corvetteforum Cruise-In, but that's on of the biggest vette gatherings of the year other than Bloomington Gold show or Corvettes at Carlisle.

Now if it's a gathering to go driving in the mountains I'd drive for that.

 

it would be for a BBQ. im not going to have yall come up here to just stand around in a parking lot. lol.

i want to have this meet in june but i want to make sure people would be willing to drive to MD if i dont find a place in VA.
