I got a 91 crx si with a b16 in it everything is in it but the alternator and some vac lines the harness is about 90 percent hooked up. It has a aftermarket ignition don't know if that has anything to do with it but I can't a signal to the starter to crank it up. I live at shore dr and little creek in norfolk va I'm going out of town next week and its been over a month and I really really need this car on the road to drive. I don't got much to offer money is tight I can give 100 bucks it might not be much it xould be simple. Please let me know if u can help me get my crx on the road

Ever check if your starter is bad to begin with? Bang on it "lightly" with a wrench then try to start it. Check to see if your starter fuse is blown.

 

Well I cant drive it over if I can't start it and we took the starter out and made it hop with battery so I'm pretty sure its good

dang, almost sounds like my friends problem. 91 hatch standard. we had to wire in extra injectors, cause stock engine only used 1 big one. but ugh, yeah its an OBD1 engine, so we got a OBD0 to OBD1 harness.... wired it all up, nothing happen at all....so we take a look into the harness, about 3 or 4 pins are completely in the wrong spot " ebay harness" so we switch them around and what not hours of testing shit on laptop, checkin the CEL light, kept gettin a # 4 which was like Crank position sensor or somthing...but yeah his car has been sitting for over month and a half now not running, cant get the SOB runnin for nooothinn...GOOOOOOOOOD luck....i will be watchin the post to see if it can help us out, let us know what goes down
